I truly love all animals. I have a sign in my living room which is a quote from Mark Twain “The More I Get To Know Some People~The More I Like Dogs”! I am 55 years old and have been a pet owner for 25 years. I got my first cat (Ringo) in 1985 and my first dog (Carl) in 1998. Sadly, Ringo passed away from FIV at the age of 2. Happily, I got to spend 15 years with my boy Carl! He was a Bassett/Beagle mix so I called him my Bagel-dog!! He was the best dog ever! Just ask any of my friends or family members!! I miss him terribly. I got my dog Bear as a stray in 2012 whom I fell in love with immediately. He is a rat terrier, pug, chihuahua mix so I call him a ratpugwawa! He may be getting up there in age but he hasn’t lost any of his spunk! He keeps up with my other two dogs who are WAY younger! My second oldest dog is Bowie. He is a lab mix crossed with an Australian shepherd. He is three now and is as lovable and beautiful as a dog can get. The youngest in my pack is Cash. I have absolutely no idea what kind of mix he is but his mom (my neighbor‘s dog) is a sweet little mutt. Cash is super smart. I have to keep my front door locked as he has taught himself how to open it from the inside! Cash just turned 1 year old. I also have a beautiful all black cat named Joey, who actually gets along with all my dogs very well. Bowie & Cash have just recently started trying to lick Joey in the face and, surprisingly, Joey tolerates this activity! I promise you that I will treat your four footer’s as well as I have treated my own. If your dog likes long walks, I like them too! If your baby likes to play fetch, I will love to play fetch with them until we BOTH get tired!! If your dog is a couch potato, they are more than welcome on my couch...or any other furniture in my house!
