Hi, I’m Steve. When I was in high school, I ran a pet sitting business in my neighborhood because my parents wouldn’t allow me to get my own dog. They said my dad was allergic which I learned was a complete lie at age 26! My first two pet sitting clients were a pair of Shelties. I'm constantly begging my friends to watch their pups when they travel because I adore spending time with them. I attend the dog show in Philly every year just to see all of the beautiful breeds parading around. I live in the Callowhill neighborhood which is a short walk to the Art Museum and Kelly Drive and just across the street from the new Rail Park. I live alone and will be the sole care provider for your pet. I am self-employed, so I have a supremely flexible schedule. Dogs love my loft-style apartment because of the open space, sunshine, and big windows so they can see what's going on outside. My special skills include belly rubs and deep, one-sided conversations. Additionally, I'm great at communicating and sharing experiences from our time together with my human clients. When I’m not pet sitting, I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, woodworking, and photography.
