We have had dogs in our families for all of our respective lives. We've got experience with all types of temperaments, behaviours, needs, energy levels, and sizes. We are also involved with an animal rescue based out of Chilliwack, Carried Through Animal Rescue and both of our dogs have been rescued. They are our children and we love them dearly. We put a lot of effort into engaging them in the following areas: 1) Mentally stimulating areas in an attempt to assist in improving their day to day problem solving and passive vocabulary skills (so they can better understand what we ask of them, over time); 2) Emotionally calm and balanced areas in an attempt to assist with improving their general anxiety levels and promoting calmer states of mind for both our pups (over time this can also help improve things like separation anxiety, fearful or insecurity-based defensiveness, etc.); and 3) Physical level... because we all recognize the importance and benefits of ensuring our puppies are thoroughly exercised every day! This is how we view and take care of / engage our puppies... Yours will NOT be treated any differently, and that's our promise! We promote healthy, happy puppies on all three levels: Mentally, Emotionally and Physically! We are typically available all day, Monday through Sunday, and try to accommodate any and all requests/situations (in and where possible); we understand life happens. We have access to plenty of parks, including enclosed off leash parks that would be plenty of fun for all! Our two dogs are extremely gentle natured and love to play with pups of all shapes, sizes, and breeds. We are experienced in administering medication and taking into account your dog's special needs, be it physical or psychological, and we will, of course, make them a priority during your pup's stay with us, as it should be! Your pups will have a great time with us, we guarantee it! Just don't be surprised if they don't want to go back home at the end of their stay, hehe.
