I grew up with a dog my whole life in suburban St. Louis. At one point we had 3 dogs - a border collie, a Great Dane, and a shepherd mix, the last two that my sister found on the side of the road and adopted (it was those dogs' lucky day!). Living with different breeds of dogs--from hyper border collie to a more obedient Great Dane--and the size variety is some experience I bring to the table. Also we had 3 cats growing up and my oldest brother had a snake and a gecko. My family frequently did pet-sitting for friends and neighbors as well. I would like to get a dog myself but am at work a bit too much right now so I thought this could be a happy medium. I'm also an Eagle Scout and fit for walking whatever distance at whatever pace!
