Pet care experience
My experience with dogs stretches all the way back to when my family adopted our poodle, Maggy, when I was 3. One Lab, two Shitzus, and one French Bulldog later, I now have my own baby Saint Bernard, Maple. I pet sat for four of my neighbors growing up and as an adult I’ve found myself as the go-to when a friend or family member need help with their pups.

This was my first time leaving my dog, Poppy, overnight and Stephen went out of his way to make it a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to have Poppy stay with him again!

Stephen took great care of my dog Poppy! I wouldn't hesitate to have him look after her again, and I know that Poppy is excited to get to spend more time with his dog Maple. Overall, it was a very positive experience!
Stephen and his wife did great with our golden! I appreciated his flexibility with pick ups/drop offs, the house and yard were perfect, and our pup played with their dog Maple very well. We will definitely be reaching out to Stephen again in the future! Thanks so much for taking care of our pup!

I have a fenced in yard which has proven to be a safe space for play and exploration for our own dog. I can crate if needed in the office with me or in a separate room if your pup is introverted. Our dog free roams all day but usually spends most of her time laying on the couch, yours is welcome to do the same! We have a gate preventing exploration of the upstairs.

A typical day
Most play will be conducted in the confines of our yard but I am happy to take your pup around the block if requested! We have sidewalks throughout our neighborhood that make a perfect loop for getting the energy out. I consider myself a pro fetch thrower and I have even been known to purposefully lose tug-of-war a time or two.

I work a remote job with no set schedule so I am always available for walks, fetch, or consistent water bowl refills. I love breaking up the monotony of my days by taking breaks and giving extra love to my own dog and I would be thrilled to do the same for yours.
