Wow, wow, wow!! An absolutely STELLAR experience from an amazingly warm person. Shared multiple, fun photos, was available to help in every capacity- I could not have asked for a better angel to care for my pups!!

We booked Stephen, a little last minute. Our plans kept changing, as we were booking flights and hotels. Stephen was flexible with the drop-off and pick-up. One never knows how long Customs will take at SFO. Stephen did not have any reviews, at the time, but my daughter felt good about his profile and statement. When we picked up Sparky, you can tell he was comfortable in Stephen's apartment. Sparky's stuff was all over, like he lived there. Sparky was clean, unlike with other sitters. Dropping off and picking up is a hassle, during rush hour, so keep that in mind. There is a White zone, if there are two of you, one to drop off and the other to stay with the car. We would not hesitate to have Sparky stay with Stephen again.
