Pet care experience
I have owned dogs for over 20 years and have raised them from puppies through the end of their time. I have 15 years experience with special needs dogs and am comfortable with administering medication and accommodating various needs. I enjoy training dogs of all ages as well. I have no breed or size/weight restrictions. I love dogs of all kinds. I also offer cat care!

Excellent care for my cats
Stephanie was awesome. We had to find someone last minute and she was very accommodating. She was excellent with our dog, and he was so excited to see her. We will definitely be using her services in the future and would recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter!

Because of my broad history of dog experience, I am comfortable accommodating various needs. I can take a larger, more active dog for a longer walk or to their favorite hiking spot. I can take a smaller, more reserved dog on a quieter walk and spend more one on one time with them where they’re most comfortable. I can spend time training a puppy both indoors and outdoors. And I can walk a senior dog for a shorter time and spend more time cuddling them in the comfort of their home. It’s important to understand that every dog and their owner has their routine and what works best for them and I commit to continuing that while I am with your pet.

All dogs have their quirks! It’s important to me to know anything unique and special about your dog. Special needs are always top priority whether it be related to behavior, general likes and dislikes, or something medical.
A typical day
I love to stimulate a dog both physically and mentally. Where appropriate, we can go on a hike, to a local park, or a small dog park/run. We can play games, enjoy dog puzzles, play with toys, enjoy lick mats, and enjoy sniff mats.

Availability
I have been working from home for over 2 years and am looking for a new way to get out of the house and be more active. I have a lot of down time and free time and there is no better way to spend it than with a dog or two by my side.
