Pet care experience
I’ve had a house full of animals since I was born (cats, cockatiels, lovebirds, parrots, fish, and two dogs - a pointer and a sheltie). I went through various levels of training with my sheltie and did agility with him. My partner is a full-time certified dog trainer so I have learned a lot about leash reactivity and dog behavior in general from her. I am dog/cat CPR certified and I got that just to feel like I could take better care of my cat but it works out for Rover services as well!

It's safe to say that Stephanie loves dogs/cats more than humans. When she comes over she spends the first five minutes on the floor giving the dogs some love. She also cares for her own little cat and has gone out of her way to make sure he has a great life. Furthermore, Stephanie's partner is a dog trainer and has given us countless tips on training and temperament. Individually and together, I would trust them with any animal.
Stephanie is an exceptional pet sitter. She’s well informed on pet safety (paying close attention to detail), she genuinely loves every dog and kitty, and she leaves the home immaculate. Stephanie sends report cards of how everyone is doing and what they did for the day. I would trust Stephanie with my pets and home anytime and highly recommend her.
Stephanie is so amazing with all types animals! She is incredibly responsible and genuinely cares for their well-being. I fully trust her with both of my dogs.

A typical day
I live in a great, hilly neighborhood that I love to walk through. I also live relatively close to OB and fiesta island dog beaches and would be more than happy to take your dog there if you are comfortable with it. I’ll also be exploring more SD hikes and I’d love to have a companion!

Availability
I recently left my corporate job to find something more fulfilling. I have a low maintenance, perfect cat that gets along great with dogs so I steal my neighbors dog while he’s at work. I walk dogs for free so why not make a little $ now that I’m unemployed!
