Love Dogs Having Fun & Photos

Pet care experience

I’m Stephanie and I love dogs! In the past I've had a Golden Retriever, Pitbull, and Maltipoo. Having had dogs for the last 10 years and having no children, my little Corgi/Yorkshire Terrier Mix, Vladimir is my child. I’m a part-time college student, I have fun studying Animal Science and continue to love the journey to make a bigger impact in the lives of animals and owners. Thanking the neighbors and my friends in Los Angeles and in San Fernando Valley area the pleasure of relationship dog walking, grooming, and sitting services of my own the past 10 years before the Rover app; supporting me so I decided I wanted to join the community as sitter on Rover. I’d love to host and take great care of your pups while you are away! I love taking cute photos and videos of dogs; I love showing you how much fun your pups enjoying their stay with me either indoors or outdoors. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, special needs dogs, and senior dogs also cats. I provided exercise, training on basic obedience and play activities for dogs and provided house sitting duties and grooming for dogs while owners were away on vacation. I cleaned and sanitized dog areas, rooms, restrooms, kept feeding schedules and cleaned the kitchen according to client’s instructions. I preformed various grooming duties (washing, brushing, cutting fur, nails, and cleaning ears and teeth) for dogs and cats. Your dog will have constant love and attention, and will never be left alone for more than a few hours. We'll have amazing walks, so often when I have extra time I take them on longer walks like around Echo Park Lake, Silverlake, Elysian Park, and Runyon Canyon hikes. I love spending time with dogs it's very rewarding. Message me with a general inquiry or meet & greet request!

Stephanie is great! I was worried about leaving my dog with a stranger but she sent pictures everyday and took her on so many hikes. She even trimmed her unkempt tail hair (she asked first) I’m gonna book with her if available from now on.

Stephanie is nothing short of a lovebug. She was my first boarding experience through Rover. Naturally, I was a little nervous as I have never left my dog with anyone other than family before, but all of those concerns went away as soon as I got pre-stay questions from a Stephanie. Her thorough inquiries really put me at ease. She had so many thoughtful questions and made it evident making my dog comfortable was her priority. Throughout my dog’s stay, Stephanie sent me photos and updates often. She even took my dog on his first hike! (Good news, he survived ?) There was never a picture I received where my dog wasn’t beaming with happiness. Stephanie is responsible, caring, and loving. She will maximise your dog’s experience during their stay with her. I’m glad to now have Stephanie as a resource for the future.

It’s hard to put into words of how fortunate I am to have found someone as good as Stephanie. I have known Stephanie for several years now and I can personally attest that she absolutely adores animals and that she has a vast amount knowledge and experience when handling dogs at all stages of their life. At one point she was taking care of my 3 dogs. She now takes amazing care of my 2 senior dogs. I can't think of anyone else I'd rather have taking care of my little ones when I can't do it myself. She is hard working, prompt, diligent, and above all, cares about the feelings and wants and needs of the animals she cares for her. She has so much empathy and concern for animals. You can't go wrong having her for a pet sitter. I whole heartily recommend Stephanie for the need and care of your fur babies!

My dogs absolutely adore Stephanie. I mean, ADORE her. They always come back from outings with Stephanie tired and happy. She is a really sweet, genuine person, understands dogs well, LOVES them, makes sure they get lots of exercise and fun, and takes excellent care of them. I have other people that help me out from time to time, but if Stephanie is available, she is absolutely my 1st choice.

Information Stephanie V. would like to know about your pet

Before a stay, I’d be happy to set up a meet and greet so you can get to know me a little better. I like to learn from you about your dog, specifically any information that will make our stay together fun, happy, and safe. Each dog has its own personality and tendencies but I’m extremely flexible with any temperament or breed. Please let me know whether or not your pet: Has any food allergies Has any aggressions; please let me know up front, as I have worked with all different temperaments of dogs. I just want to know areas in which I will need to be more alert/supervise. ( i.e., food aggressive, toy aggressive, etc.) Has all of their vaccines Has current flea treatment Has any diarreah/ vomiting Has a history of sidewalk dining Has skin abnormalities or history of hot spots Any common stress responses Has separation anxiety Is house trained Is crate trained Safety is of huge importance! Sick or unvaccinated dogs will not be accepted to protect the health and safety of all house guests. What does he/she like or dislike? What is their eating and sleeping schedule, and do you allow them on furniture? Is it okay for us to go on hikes and runs, and if so do you prefer that they be kept on their leash. I feel that it is important to make sure that we're consistent with your training rules, treat routines, and other rituals so that your pup can feel comfortable with the familiar. I also encourage packing your pup's dog bed, favorite toys, treats, and a article of your clothing so that they can feel at home.
