I love dogs! I’ve previously had two malteses and am currently a dog aunt to all my friends and family member’s dogs. My last dog Kona passed away last year from heart disease and it truly broke my heart. I still haven’t quite recovered. I’m not quite ready to get another dog but I’d love to help others take care of theirs. I know what a challenge it can be to find reliable and kind dog caretakers. As a dog mom, I was told constantly how loving and attentive I was. I take care of friend’s dogs often and so I know how to tailor to a dog’s specific needs. You can rest assured that your dog will be treated like family when we’re together. I like to check in often and send photos and videos. I love walks so we can walk as much or as little as your dog needs.

Stephanie is incredible! I almost don’t want to leave this review because I’m worried she will get too booked up. She just watched my 4 month old puppy for a 4 day weekend. She took the most incredible are of my girl Ruby. She is always extremely professional, communicates well sending you pics and videos and updates on your pup. She is a true gem and I’m so happy we found her!

I treat dogs like I would my own. I make sure they always have plenty of fresh water, have gotten plenty of belly rubs and attentions. On walks, I am mindful of the dog’s comfort level with other dogs we may encounter. I’m happy to allow them to say hi or divert our route and avoid other dogs if needed. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is what I’ll follow. I have a lot of experience with caring for senior dogs and having to give oral medicine. My last dog was at one point taking 5 medicines twice a day. I understand the level of commitment and responsibility it takes to manage that. Happy to discuss any special needs in more depth if desired.

A typical day
I start my work day around 9am each morning and end between 5-7. I can take your pup out before work and however many times throughout the day and evening as needed.

Since I work remotely, I have some flexibility that allows me to take your pup out on walks throughout the day. I can be available weekends as well depending on the types of plans I have.
