I've pet sat for about 6 years off and on, between all the duty stations we've been. I've pet sat in my own home as well as doing just walks and check-ins. I have handled many dogs of all sizes as well as other animals such as horses, cows, cats, goats, chickens and rabbits (grew up on a family and still volunteer at one), so I feel my care skills are pretty great! I treat each pet as if it were my own with all the love and cuddles it can handle. I do have 2 kids but they are teenagers which means they WON'T be "grabbing at" or playing dress-up with anyone pets. I have a fenced backyard as well as an open availability. I have a Jeep and love to go out to dog parks or trails (because they are better than hot concrete) to give pets a little field trip, when allowed of course. If not, I'm totally fine sitting on the couch and watching Ceasar Millan on Netflix with your fur baby!
