Stephanie is always a joy! Our dog has a great time and comes back happy. We had her dog sit for about a week and received photos every few days with updates. Highly recommend!

We did not have a good experience with Stephanie. We dropped off our dog around 7:30 in the morning and had to ask for an update. We finally got one 12 hours after drop off and it was very short and a bit concerning. The next day we once again had to request an update in the evening as well as photos and it took her three hours to respond. When we went to pick up our dog Stephanie wasn’t there. Our dog was super thirsty as if she didn’t have access to water for many hours and her leash smelled like pee. We are not sure but it seemed like she was being left alone in a small room for hours on end. We even asked them to give our dog calming treats every 6 hours and when we picked her up at 6:00pm she hadn’t had any since that morning. Our dog visibly hurt her eyelid while in Stephanie’s care as well and Stephanie had no idea. We will not be using them again.
