Growing up I took care for most of my neighbors' pets while they were on vacations and eventually got 2 family cats. As a college student, I cannot have my own pet yet but I would love to be able to help you (and of course play and take care of your pets)! What Services Do You Offer? Are There Any Restrictions? I am not able to board your pets as I live with my parents BUT I am available to do 30-minute check-ins on your animals a couple of times a day, walk your dogs a couple of times a day, and if needed house/pet sit while you are on vacations if you are willing to work with my semi unpredictable schedule. What Would You Like to Know About a Pet Before Working With Them? Do You Have Any Breed Restrictions? Are they food/toy aggressive? Is your dog crate trained or do they like to roam free? What is your exercise routine/limitations of the dog? Is your pet on a certain schedule I need to continue? I have no breed restriction (I accept cats too!), however, I will not work with dogs over 100 pounds. Do You Have Reliable Transportation in Event of an Emergency? Yep, a newer Toyota! Are You Comfortable Administrating Medications? I am comfortable giving pills but not trained/comfortable with injections. How Much Time Will You Spend with My Pet(s)? For the check-ins, I will check in on your pets for approximately 30 minutes where I will be spending the whole time with them. I can do up to 3 check-ins a day starting at 10 am until 8 pm. For walks, I will take the dog on a 30-minute walk where I (of course) will be with them the whole time. For extended house/pet sitting, depending on your preference I could stay the night with your pets at your house in which case I would be spending the whole time with them, or I could to periodic check-ins to feed and care for the pets but not stay the night. It's all up to your preference! When Are You Available? I update my availability calendar every 2 weeks or as soon as I am aware of a change.
