Pet care experience
Hi! Our family loves animals. We've rescued turtles, dogs, cats, and even a baby squirrel. I dog sit in my home and go to the homes of my pet families to care for fur babies when their humans are away. We've got sidewalks in our neighborhood for walks and a big shaded fenced in dog run in the backyard yard. We've got two enclosed porches for fresh air too. We have experience with elder dogs and exceptional dogs with special needs.

Our Goldendoodle was very well taken care of with Stephanie! Her fenced in dog run in her backyard is like a little private dog park in her backyard. Our dog enjoyed walks and lots of attention. Stephanie gave us lots of updates and the only thing that we worried about is that our dog was going to want to stay there!
Stephanie was so attentive to detail woth.our dog. She communicated frequently and we did not have to wonder. She sent pictures without prompting which put us at ease. It was a wonderful experience that we booked her again right away.

We have one dog, a 9 year old westie/corgi mix who is a barker but not aggressive. Any guests will need to be socialized with cats. We have crates if your fur baby feels more comfortable in one. Typically though the animals in my care roam free day and night in the house. If you prefer that I come to your home, I typically will visit with your dog, take them for a walk , or even just hang out and watch TV with them for awhile. Whatever puts your pet at ease while you are gone. I follow your instructions to a T. I only feed your pet what you approve.

Let me know if your fur baby has any specific needs, triggers, and/or preferences. Is your pup potty training? I can help with that. Is your pup hearing or sight impaired, need to be carried up or down steps (20lbs max), I m happy to accommodate. Does your pet need meds? The nurse is in ( I'm not a nurse, I just play one on T.V. ?).
A typical day
We live in a nature filled neighborhood with sidewalks perfect for walks. We can play fetch based on your dogs ability. We have pull ropes, chew toys, plenty of pet beds, and treats (with your approval).

Availability
I'm a stay at home mom of two school-aged children with time on my hands and love to give. I'm up at 6am taking out my animals, two dogs and cats, feeding them at 7, and out again. During the day we lounge inside or on one of our 2 enclosed porches, play fetch , & go for walks in our quiet neighborhood.
