I have extensive pet care experience. As a kid, I made it really clear early on that animals had a very important place in my heart. One of my earliest memories is actually going around my neighborhood at age 7 with a little flyer and asking if anyone wanted me to walk their dogs for the grand price of $1.50. My neighbors thinking that this was the sweetest thing, all would schedule 15 minute dog walks with me; only to fuel my animal lover heart. As I grew up, this progressed to dog sitting at their homes, letting their dogs out when they’re not there and even bringing their dogs into my own home. It all started with dogs but soon enough I learned that I loved to take care of cats as well and so, I did. I did this all through my teenage years and even college while volunteering at animal shelters and local vet clinics. Throughout the years I have taken care of dogs of every kind, shapes and sizes. When I was in high school my parents thought it would be the best gift ever to get me a dog and they were right. They ended up giving me the gift of a best friend in the shape of a blue pitbull who we named, Frost. Frost taught me so much, so fast. Although I had been working with dogs my whole life, he was the first dog who I was fully responsible for. At the time, training my 120 lb lap dog became a priority and it was through him that I mastered it. Surprisingly to everyone, when in college, I decided I wanted to go into medical school. I now currently am a health care worker and medical student looking to add a little pet magic back into my life by taking care of yours as if they were my own.
