I begin my day with a morning walk or play session to energize both my pet and me. I incorporate interactive toys, maybe a game of fetch or hide-and-seek. Afternoons involve exploring a pet-friendly park or trying out a new trick. In the evening, we unwind with cuddle time, and perhaps end the day with a calming bedtime routine, like a gentle brushing or soothing music.
