Ever since a few friends asked me to dog sit for their dogs and homes while they were traveling, I've fallen in love with caring for pups. I understand your pet is a valued member of your family and almost like a child and that's how I care for them. From young pups that need a buddy to older pups that need a little extra care, I'll love em all like my own. Just let me know what their needs are and I'll make sure your pups and you feel comfortable. Additionally, I'm also an accomplished photographer and videographer, so trust me you'll get pictures :) Grew up volunteering at animal shelters in Miami and with pets at home. Have been dog sitting since college for various friends' small dogs, some who need more special care. Why I love dog sitting Growing up I always loved going to the local animal shelter and playing with the puppies and taking care of them. Flash forward to college when a good friend needed me to take care of her aging yorkie and I fell in love with taking care of pups. Stephanie is wonderful! My dog is quite anxious and struggles with new people, but Stephanie took measures to make sure that Millie was comfortable, and sent me pictures and updates while I was gone. I can't thank her enough!

Stephanie was a great dog sitter for our pup! She came over and did a meet and greet to gather all info and introduce herself before the stay. While staying at our home, she sent lots of pictures and updates and took him on nice long walks. She was even thoughtful enough to leave him with a bully stick when she left. Would definitely use her again!
Stephanie was attentive to our 3 month puppy. She was very patient with him and his potty training issues, and she made sure he had lots of love, and sent us some fantastic pictures. Harvey came home happy and tired everyday!

I lean towards the smaller and quieter breeds. I really just need to know about the dog's day to day schedule and what I can do to make them feel most comfortable.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Around the neighborhood, sidewalks with green around them, or over to fairmount park if they're up for a longer walk. Your dog's sleeping arrangement They can sleep with me or in their doggy bed. Time I'll spend with your dog If you're near me (brewerytown) or staying with me I can check in frequently, since I work from home. If not, please let me know their needs and we can make arrangements. If they're an anxious pup, i don't mind them staying with me more often or bringing a laptop to hang out with them at home. I try not schedule visits the same days I have to shoot, since that normally means I'm unavailable throughout the day (I'll let you know when that is in my schedule). I like taking them for at least 15 minute walks every couple of hours or when they need it. I don't mind pups sleeping with me in bed for overnight stays. Extra house-sitting services Of course, just let me know your needs.
