Pet care experience
Hello! My soul dog of 13 years recently passed over the rainbow bridge and now I have extra love and time to spoil your dog! I know how hard it was to find a reliable, trustworthy, detailed sitter with availability to stay with my dog, so I would love to offer my services in the local area of Roxborough, Manayunk, Andorra, and around Plymouth Meeting. I work from home and so am available all day and would love to do doggy daycare or sleepovers with me so I can truly be with them all the time. I only take one dog at a time, unless they are in the same household, so I can give them all my attention. I am comfortable with young dogs through seniors, and up to 45 lbs. I can give meds (except shots). I do have 16 stairs up to my apartment so they would have to be able to get up the stairs or be carried (and I also have a doggy elevator!) I live on a property in peace and quiet with a fenced grass pee area, and also a pee area on my deck outside the front door. We have a beautiful neighborhood to walk in and a small park 5 blocks up the street. I am not so comfortable with bully breeds (I'm so sorry), but would consider on a case by case basis. I have a fenced in pee area/small yard, and a park 5 blocks up the street. We have a lovely neighborhood 1 block away to walk dogs, and I walked mine there for 12 years so I know all the doggies. I don't require a crate, but I'm finding it helpful to bring one if you have it. The dogs can roam my apartment, lie around, be on the couch or bed, whatever they are comfortable with, but it can be helpful to have a safe space like their crate available, especially at night. I have a fenced in deck they can also enjoy with fake grass and umbrellas.

A typical day
If your dog is high energy and can car travel, we can hike in the Laurel Hill cemetery or take walks around the neighborhood or at the park up the block. I take my cue from the dog and you. If they are older and less active, we can play inside with toys, do belly scratches or lounge in the deck.

Availability
I work from home so can be with dogs 24 hours a day if they stay with me or I can visit around my work schedule during the day and stay in your home at night. I'd like to stay within 5 miles of Roxborough to keep it manageable.
