Hi I'm Stephanie! I have been dog sitting for a few years with friends and family and really love helping out when they go out of town but don't want to kennel their doggies! I don't own any pets right now but I have had all kind of animals most of my life! My husband Mike and I are semi-retired and work from home so your pup won't ever get lonely. We have a quiet house and neighborhood so it's perfect for dogs that need that kind of atmosphere. I also only take one family at a time so your pup will be loved and spoiled without distractions. Making your dog comfortable, feeling loved and safe is my priority! I look forward to listening to what your dog needs or loves and making it a positive and loving experience for your family, including what your rules and commands are to create a consistent environment while away from home. If there is anything we can do to make your dogs visit special or make them feel comfortable, please let me know! I have senior dog care experience and can handle all ages and size doggies! I am a daily walker around our neighborhood so if your dog is used to walking daily I would be happy to have the company! I live near 5 corners in Edmonds :)

Stephanie was a phenomenal sitter for us while we traveled to see family. She is incredibly welcoming and warm, and our little Falafel got all of the attention and love that we could ask for. She is very communicative and sends the greatest pupdate photos and videos! We felt very comfortable and would have her host our little guy in the future in a heartbeat. She is fantastic!
Stephanie and Mike are fabulous hosts! Our dog, Gus, has stayed with them twice...and absolutely adores them and hates to come back home. They are extremely kind and love dogs, easy to coordinate with, nice home...highly recommend!
As usual, Molly enjoyed her time with Stephanie and did not want to leave was taken such good care of.
Stephanie is great! There was an issue the first day but she brought solutions and the problem was resolved. Baxter loved his time with her and I would be happy to have her with my puppy anytime.

Your dog is welcome to make our house their home, I cover my couch so they are welcome on the couch and if they are bed sleepers that isn't a problem either! We do not have a fenced yard so your pup will always be on leash for potty breaks. If you have a dog that needs more exercise than daily walks I want you to be aware they won't be able to run free.

A typical day
I always walk around my neighborhood block only. It's a very quiet area, and a nice place to walk. I rarely see other dogs while walking.

Availability
My husband and I are semi-retired and work from home so we are always home unless one of us runs errands but when we have a dog visitor one of us stays home so they aren't left alone.
