This was our very first time leaving Diesel with strangers for this length of time, let alone using Rover.com. We had browsed through many profiles before deciding to contact Stephanie. Her profile gave an excellent description if how she would care for our four legged member of the family and my wife and I were able to set up a meet and greet with no issues. Her communication was quick and my wife and Diesel met with her for about an hour a week or so before our trip. My wife immediately noticed how calm and nice Stephanie was with Diesel and could tell that he was totally relaxed with her. After the meet and greet, we decided to book her services and drop off was a breeze. She provided updates with pictures and videos of him at her house and also let us know about his slight anxiety the first night we werent there. We were expecting that but knew he would feel right at home the next day. She provided us with the phone numbers to her boyfriend and roommate as well just in case we had to get a hold of someone and one of the best things she did was ask us of it was okay for a last minute addition of another dog on Christmas eve. We were grateful she asked because we had some reservations about a larger dog coming into the mix on such short notice but she was fine with that. Our Diesel was taken care of as if she were own. That is really all you can ask of from a dog boarder and we hope to use her in the future. Her house is very clean, organized and she was very attentive to Diesel's needs. A huge plus was that she was very open to having him snuggle in the bed with them because that's what he does at home. Don't hesitate to reach out to Stephanie for your boarding needs and at the very least, set up a meet and greet with your furry family members. Highly recommend her.
