Absolutely the worst experience! We booked dog sitting services with Stephanie and prior to the dates booked, communication was good… right up until the day before. We confirmed the time for the drop off next day and the next day about 15 minutes before the scheduled time, I let her know that we were on our way to drop our dog off. She didn’t reply, when we got there she wasn’t home, we knocked and knocked for a while and then finally a young boy (the one in the pictures on her profile) answered the door and acted clueless. He said his mom wasn’t home, her phone is broken so she can’t be reached and they don’t watch dogs… after another line of questioning he did say they do watch dogs sometimes but they weren’t expecting one. I sent several messages via the app and tried to call… no answer and no reply. I frantically had to find another solution so that we didn’t miss our flight. It was a very stressful experience! I would not recommend booking Stephanie unless you’re willing to gamble on actually having a sitter and no stress. Very disappointed!!! Canceled and requested a refund.

Stephanie was great! She welcomed Coco like one of her own pets. After the initial meet and greet it was obvious that Coco would get along with Stephanie and family as well as her furry family members as well. Lots of space to explore and play for Coco was a bonus. I would definitely look to her for the care of my Coco again. I would highly recommended Ms Stephanie to be a first choice to care for your furry family.
