Pet care experience
I recently relocated to Dekalb to attend grad school at NIU. I have been sitting through Rover for the last 5 months. I get a lot of pleasure from dog sitting, not yet being in a stable enough place to own one myself. Feel rest assured that I will love, cuddle and play with your pup to his/her hearts' content. I'm comfortable with any size or breed; just let me know if there are any medical needs. Looking forward to meeting you and your dog!

Stephanie was wonderful. She sent pictures daily of my kids that kept me happy and worry free. My house was neat and clean and the dogs were happy. That is what is important to me. I would absolutely use her again. I highly recommend her.
Stephanie was a great sitter for Baxter. She came and stayed at the house and sent pictures of him out at the park and coffee shop. He had a great weekend and we will definitely hire her again.
Responsible, kind, and so good with even tricky dogs, I can't recommend Stephanie enough! My dachshund/chihuahua mix, Loki, is often anxious around strangers, but Stephanie was so calm and kind around him that he trusted her in no time. She has an excellent instinct with animals, clearly loves them, and I know Loki is in good hands when I'm away.
Stephanie is a fantastic pet sitter! My cat, Gidget, is actually excited to see her when she comes by to grab my keys. And if you know cats, you know how rare that is. Stephanie sends daily pictures during her visits, some of Gidget playing but also a pic of the clean litter box and full food bowl. Having that daily reminder that Gidget is being well looked after is a huge relief when traveling. Beyond that it's just very obvious that Stephanie has a sincere love of animals. I feel completely comfortable leaving Gidg in her hands, and always come home to a happy cat.

A typical day
As a nature lover, I'll take dogs on long walks on the best trails in Vancouver. Lacamas Lake Trail is a favorite, but if your dog is up to the challenge we can do more challenging hikes. We'll also enjoy catch at the dog park if your pet is good with other dogs! I also love cuddling if that is something your dog enjoys.
