Hi folks! My name is Stephanie and I grew up in the Salt Lake valley. I recently moved back to the area after spending five years living in Michigan for graduate school (Go Blue!). I study cultural psychology and am currently finishing my PhD remotely, which gives me the opportunity to work from home and keep your pets company all day :) When I first moved away from home for graduate school, one of the hardest adjustments was being away from my family's dogs. I grew up with dogs my entire life and deeply missed the mutual emotional connection and support I have with animals. This led me to become a petsitter with Rover for over five years. Getting to spend time with and care for dogs got me through those rough Michigan winters and it was fulfilling to know I could offer the dogs a caring home while their families were away.
