Pet care experience
Having grown up with pet dogs and cats I have missed not having a furry friend at home for the past few years while we have been moving. But now that we are settled in a home with a garden in East Calder with an abundance of outdoor spaces to go walking we are thoroughly enjoying sharing our time with other peoples beloved pets. I am very patient and love all animals. I have experience in all aspects of animal care through having my own pets and looking after friends and families. I have a fenced in grassy garden and open dog friendly woodland 30seconds from my front door. There are a number of large country parks within 10minutes walk from our house. This is a non-smoking household with no pets. My children share the same love of animals that I do and are very good at following the rules with regards to how to handle other people’s pets.

We left our Black Lab, Rudi, with Stephanie and her family for two nights while we attended a family wedding. From first enquiry, Stephanie was great. We had a brief meeting a few weeks prior to introduce Rudi and he was immediately welcomed for his stay by the family. We were provided with regular updates and pictures over the course of the few days and when Rudi returned home, he spent most of the afternoon sound asleep! Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again. Thanks Stephanie and family!
Lotte was uncertain when she arrived but Steph was so welcoming and sent us photos showing that she had settled very quickly. Lotte had a lovely day in the sunshine with lots of walks and fun in the garden .
Rory was chilled and happy after his 2 night stay with Stephanie. I would certainly allow Rory to stay again if needed.

I have a fenced in grassy garden. How your pet spends the night will be upto you be that crated or left to roam freely (providing they are house trained). Your pet will never be left alone whilst in my care. I have my own car to safely transport your pet if need be.

Any dietary requirements will be strictly followed. We can only care for friendly dogs, if they are timid that’s perfectly ok but if they are aggressive/confrontational towards other dogs I’m afraid this house wouldn’t be suitable for them. Dogs must be completely house trained before coming to stay here.
A typical day
We have an enclosed private garden that your dog can play in with toys and a doggy paddling pool in summer. Walks can be altered to suit you but typically they would be walked 2 times a day and have access to the garden in between.

Availability
I am currently a full time stay at home mum with 4 children, 2 in highschool and 2 in nursery so I am free from 12:30pm each day to spend 1 on 1 time with your pet but also free outwith these hours if your pet enjoys the company of children.
