I have owned and cared for dogs from a young age. We have always had at least one dog while I was growing up, and I was responsible for their care and training. My longest house sitting was full-time for an entire month, and I don't mind giving baths or trimming nails if needed (owner provides materials). I have worked at a veterinarian office as a volunteer, and I took 3 years of Pet Science classes and 1 year of Veterinary Science in high school. I have successfully potty trained many dogs as well as other basic tricks. I have a no-hit policy when it comes to discipline, and I am very patient when it comes to training and caring for dogs. I will take the time to get to know your dogs personality so I can care for them as best as I can. I will keep you updated as often as you wish with pictures so you can rest easy while your pet is in my care. I am perfectly happy following any schedule you set for your pet and am practiced with giving medicine as well. I have a cat that is fine around dogs and other cats, and will keep to himself if he sees they don't want him around them. He's a very non-confrontational cat so no worries about your pet getting scratched or harassed.
