Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Stephanie and I'm 25 years old. I’m getting my Master’s degree in Counseling currently and I have such a huge passion for cats and dogs. I have a 13 year old pug and two 6 month old kittens. I have had many different kinds of dogs as I was growing up including terriers, retrievers, and a pitbull mix and I've always loved being involved with and taking care of them! I also currently do dog walking/overnight care for a private dog sitting/walking business. I've worked with many different breeds from large German shepherds to miniature pomeranians. I can assure you that your canine kiddos would be in caring, fun, loving hands with me and I would enjoy every minute with them!

Full disclosure: Stephanie McManus is my adult daughter and I am her biased mother. That being said, Stephanie has VERY responsibly cared for her 10-yr old pug, Pudgie since he came to live with us as a puppy in 2007; in addition to our other 3 dogs over the course of these last 10 years. Stephanie LOVES dogs (I mean LOVES---more than people, I think sometimes...) and will care for your pet as if it is her own. Stephanie routinely goes above and beyond with the care and concern for pets. Her (unbiased) recommendations from other pet owners will reflect this, I am certain, so be sure to check those out. And one more thing: Stephanie will leave your home cleaner than how you left it when she cares for your pet, because that is how she rolls.... I'd encourage you to get to know her. I would love to know what and where their favorite toys are and if they have a favorite park or place they like to go for a walk! Also knowing what kind of diet their on and what treats would be appropriate. I also would like to know if there are any activities or things I should avoid with your dog. Also, knowing if the dog is a rescue or has a rough past of abuse or neglect is important as these things can make a dog a little more sensitive to certain behaviors or actions.
A typical day
My favorite parks for my dogs include Sugar Creek Park and Queeny Park! Where I take the dogs on walks can and will of course be up to the owners as well.
