Stephanie’s love for animals has made her want to begin her own dog/pet sitting business, and I know she’ll be great at it! We became friends when our dogs wanted to meet a few years ago, after my family moved into our neighborhood. Since then, she has helped watch my wonderful, spoiled little animal babies. When we go out of town, she watches our rabbit (SnowBall) and turtles (Bethany, Paris, Jada & Stormy). Without my even requesting, she sends updates and pictures when she goes to take care of them. She also took a good bit of time to sit and play with our sweet SnowBall boy, and I could tell from pics/videos he fell in love with her right away. We usually take our Yoshi (dog) with us, but there has been occasions when she picked him up from daycare for me, and walked him (and I honestly don’t trust anyone with my Yoshi, so my putting my trust in her says a ton about her ability to care of my best little boy, seriously). She’s even taught Yoshi a dancing trick (she also has her sweet little dog well trained). My Yoshi is a picky little boy with food/treats, but she is patient with him, giving him new healthy treats to try, per my permission, and can even get him to try stuff better than me sometimes. I am so overprotective of him, it’s probably considered overboard in many people’s opinions. He tries to chase vehicles randomly on walks - we have a retractable leash, but she used a shorter leash, one where she was comfortable with and knew that she could easily control him on, which I appreciated so much. She picked up on the fact that he likes to chase vehicles with racks or anything on top of them. She figured out he likes to play tug-of-war with toys and where his favorite spots to be petted are. Yoshi absolutely loves Miss Stephanie and perks up every time I tell him he gets to go see her. And Yoshi is the best judge of character, seriously, if he doesn’t like someone I know to be weary of them (this has proved true in a couple of instances). So, the fact that Yoshi adores Miss Stephanie tells me all I need to know about her - when we are going to go on a walk with her, as soon as he sees her he runs up to her and wants to give her all the kisses: she bends down, as he’s a short little fella, and gives him all the attention and love he needs and wants. She will take wonderful care of your pet and give them lots of love; they would think they’re on a fun vacation and may not even want to leave when you, their mommy/daddy, come back to get them. I promise you will be pleased with Stephanie, so I would urge you to give her a chance to bring some extra love into your pet’s life.

Stephanie is a gem, and a true dog-lover. She loves talking about, playing with, and caring for dogs. All dogs. Schnauzers to Mastifs. Beyond that, she is incredibly conscientious and detail-orietated, which makes her a great care-giver. All this to say: I think you will find her a wonderful addition to your dog's life!
