I have always watched dogs since I was young. Growing up I regularly watched a pair of coon hounds that were bigger than me and such sweet girls and I loved getting to spend time with them. I haven't met a dog that I don't like. I've watched big energetic dogs, older dogs that need more naps and loving, big dogs that think they are lapdogs, and small little dogs that think they are big dogs. I frequently watch my aunt's miniature yorkies and they are feisty pups that think they are goats. I've even watched some llamas and alpacas before. I love all animals and grew up wanting to be a zoologist. I volunteered at the Indy zoo as a teenager in animal care but my allergies to the hay made me realize that it would not be the best long term job for me. My neicepup was just living with me and she had to be put to sleep recently because of a cancerous tumor that spread too quickly. I miss having her around my house, but I'm not ready to get another dog yet. I am currently in school finishing up my teaching license and working at a part time job. I am home typically in the afternoon because I go in to work around 4:30am. My brother is also living with me and he works from home and is at home most of the day. He travels a lot so he may not always be around. I am flexible, and I would love to offer a place for others to bring their dog to get lots of loving and attention while they are away. I have a fenced in yard which includes a bunny living under the porch, my neicepup loved to chase it when it came out. I enjoy taking walks with dogs and my gym also has dogs that come often (if that is something you would allow me to bring your dog to). My brother is living in my house and he loves dogs as well. My parent's are only a few miles away and able to assist in case of emergencies and very willing to bring treats when they visit. :)
