Vet assistant to care for your pup!
Pet care experience
I am a full-time veterinary assistant who works 4 ten hour days so I have three days off a week to spend with your dogs (or cats)! I have worked in the field professionally for 2 years but have volunteered at animal shelters, had my own dogs, and have loved my friends' dogs for years. I have experience medicating animals (including injections such as insulin), feeding on strict schedules, walking/running both small and large dogs, as well as have a passion for animal enrichment. Plus, because of my career, I am very in tune with what is "normal" behavior versus what may be a potential health concern. Think of me as your on call vet assistant! I am also"Fear Free" certified, which means your pet's happiness and comfort are a top priority!
Reviews
Stephanie is the best! Since she works at a vet clinic, she knows everything about providing the best pet care. I completely trust her with my special needs pit bull when we go out of town. Brock loves her: she takes great care of him and he has a blast.

Information Stephanie K. would like to know about your pet
Temperament is only necessary so that I may take precautions and utilize my knowledge about animal behavior to provide the best care. I am not afraid of a little sass but I need to be aware! No breed preferences as all animals are special in their own ways.
A typical day
Well, walks are very dependent on weather and the breed of the dog. I would never take a bulldog on a 3 mile run in the heat! Older dogs need slower paces and shorter distances. Where we go will depend on your pet's health, breed, and temperament. Suggestions are always welcome!
