Pet care experience
I have a pet of my own, a dog named Atticus who I’ve raised since he was a puppy. He goes pretty much everywhere with me and I consider him family, so you can feel at ease knowing your pet will be very well taken care of. I’m most familiar with dogs (of all sizes) but can also take care of cats. I’m familiar with reactive dogs as well. I love to be outside so whether im doing a drop in or just coming over to walk, your pet will get all the attention it needs :) *Drop in visits will also include walks at no additional charge and I will stay up to 45 minutes with no additional charge*

There are maybe a handful of people that I trust to take care of my huskies for any extended period of time; Steph is one of them! Not only is she a hike-taking, pup loving, trick teaching, healthy feeding, dedicated furkid mom herself, but she takes care of my dogs like they are her own. She has been amazing at keeping our pups routines on track while we are away. She takes them on walks, administers medications when needed and always send photo updates. I would trust Steph with any task that involves our beloved K-9 kids!

My dog is treated like a family member. I take him anywhere that I can with me (although he will stay at home for any visits I am making to customers). I try to give him the best life possible because I am the one that chose him, not the other way around. So we take a lot of walks, go swimming, and play. He gets lots of pets and belly rubs and your pet will too! I’ve had him since 6 weeks old so I can also help potty train if needed and work on commands.

Please let me know if your animal has any special needs, is aggressive around other animals when walking or pulls when walking. It’s not a problem, I just like to know ahead of time. Also please let me know if they are an escape artist!
A typical day
Will walk at least 20 minutes. If weather permits and your dog enjoys it we can throw a ball or stick outside or play with toys inside. Lots of pets and snuggles!

Availability
I currently work from home with a very flexible schedule and am free most weekends. So if you’re looking to set up a regular schedule I can definitely make that work! On the other hand, I can also make last minute visits work as well with a couple of hours heads up.
