I am a responsible and reliable animal lover who cares for your pets where they're most comfortable. As a pet sitter, I am attentive and patient; I try to be in tune with established routines and make your pets feel as close to normal as they can without you there. Their health and happiness is always my first priority! As a former full-time pet sitter, I have lived with and cared for dogs, cats, and small animals of all sorts. I am comfortable around most sizes and breeds and can manage basic medical needs like oral or topical medications. I always send thorough updates that include photos so you know what's happening while you are away. If I am staying in your home, I can bring in mail, water plants, put out trash and recycling, etc.

Things seemed to be ok overall, but I would not request Stephanie again (sorry for the less enthusiastic input). There was not a lot of communication while she was actually watching the pups, and there were a few things that had obviously not gone as expected after I got home. The biggest issue for me was that the harness for one of my dogs had been loosened (this doesn't happen on its own), which is really dangerous for that dog, and I feel that's something you should go to the owner about if you think an adjustment is needed. Other things were less troublesome but still not great.
When you have a pet with special needs you really need a dog sitter that you can trust. I have complete confidence in Stephanie and Mia loves her.
I have hired Stephanie two time now to take care of my cat while out of town. She does an excellent job! She is also great about communicating and always sends us pictures. I will definitely hire her again in the future.
