I've loved animals since I was small, I wanted to be a vet when I grew up. I started out of high school as a dog bather and over the years I went from bather to kennel worker to vet assistant to groomer. I groomed dogs and cats professionally for almost 10 years. I went back to veterinary medicine side of things and have been a veterinary assistant since January 2022. I've decided to start boarding in my home to fulfill my dreams of one day opening my own pet business. If you choose me know that I will be treating your baby like one of my own. I work full time, but I am off on most weekends and I am home every morning and evening. My husband gets home a little earlier in the afternoon than I do so he would also be helping care for any pets that stay with us as well. We have an enclosed patio area much like a Florida room that we are turning into a pet room. We can kennel your pets if needed but they will have the option to have the whole room to themselves. With lots of windows to look outside, and a tv that we play when the pets are unattended I'm sure they would stay entertained! We recently put up a privacy fence so we have a fully fenced in backyard for the pups to get a good bit of off-leash exercise! And we also have a dog park nearby we can take your pets to on the weekends if we have the time. We have our own dogs that are very friendly and love to play! We do keep our pets on monthly flea and heartworm prevention and are fully vetted each year. Our 3 daughters love to play with animals and would definitely be there to give your baby some extra love and attention.
