Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs (specially rescues) for most of my life. I have 3 dog rescues now ( a cocapoo, a German Shepard, and a chihuahua mix). My first baby was a dapple chihuahua. They’re not dogs to me, they’re family, my kids. Any pup I have in my care is my baby. I take care of them like they’re my own. Making sure they’re always safe and enriched. So they are all extended family.

Steph is a life saver! She is everything you would want in dog sitter and dog walker. I’ve worked with her for dog walks, small dog sitting engagements from 1-2 weeks. And every time has been great. She loves my dog almost as much as I do, and cares for him like he is part of her family. My dog actively looks forward to the days she comes for a walk and is sad when she goes. Steph remembers the little things : what he liked and how he behaves and she adjusts to make sure things work for his personality and disposition. She is always responsive on communication, sends pictures, and leaves my apartment cleaner than she found it when she dog sits. Steph even looks after me! She saved me by mailing me my passport when I left it at home while she was dog sitting. You can feel confident and secure in leaving your furry family members with Steph. I know I do!

A typical day
It depends on the active and social level of your dog. If active we will go on walks through dog friendly parks. If they’re social they will meet a lot of friends. I do always like to keep my dogs on leash. Unless told otherwise. If not too active, we we usually take a walk around their familiar neighborhood and I will go at their pace, letting them be enrich by as much sniffing they like.

I work around their schedule. Making sure they get all the attention, nutrition, exercise and rest they need. I also make my own dog friendly treats.
