I've had a dog in my life since my parents had given me a puppy when I was 12. I've raised and trained numerous dogs over the years. I have always found that I have a certain understanding of them. I am a lover of all breeds, but I seem to have a soft spot for the misunderstood ones. I have had a chow chow that birthed two litters, and kept and raised a pup from each. Ive handled dogs of all breeds and sizes. Recently, I lost my big guy, an American Bulldog named Jax. He was by far the best dog I've ever had and my home is terribly empty without him. I cannot find it in me to allow another dog into my heart just yet, but I do miss the cainine company. I am current a stay at home mom and I have a whole family of dog lovers, so any pet staying with us will be cared for as if they are our own!
