Experienced and fully loving Dog Care Specialist in Hollywood, FL! Hi! My name is Steph and I'm a complete animal lover. I grew up surrounded by animals and I have a deep appreciation for the unconditional love they give through and through. My dream.. my goal is to have a rescue ranch in the future so I have been building on that through the years. Currently, I am working from home. A little about me... I have always been “that girl” who felt the calling to rescue every animal in need. From a young age developing “ant crossings” to helping bugs, lizards, birds, cats, dogs, you name it. I have a deep awareness that we all are interconnected on this planet and most importantly, that we should live with love above all else… Love for all. I truly feel like I have a beautiful connection with all creatures and I am so grateful for that. Very experienced professionally working and caring with animals. I completed a Veterinarian Internship in Florida and have worked with many rescue organizations throughout my life. Through these experiences, I have been able to acquire, not just knowledge, but hands on experience. I have much experience in training as I took on this role for 3 + years working with Hope for Paws. I am also very comfortable taking care of elderly dogs. They need love, patience, and I would be happy to aid to their care. I am absolutely willing to take one dog at a time if that is your preference - Please see below for details. I have a completely sweet sleep-all-day 10 year old rescue pup named Biggs. I was able to adopt him at only 4 months. He is beyond amazing with puppies to older dogs as we used to foster dogs in search of families... he loves the company. He has a lot of experience with many different animals, from horses to cats to many other dogs throughout his life. We spent time on a beautiful ranch in Montana and while FL is a bit different, I do enjoy spending time outdoors at a park here or just out back of my own home soaking in some sun and reading in our fenced yard. He loves his walks and visits to a beautifully quaint fenced in doggie park just down the street. Our location is great and walking distance to many parks. A plus for us! -As a Dog Care Specialist, I have an excellent work ethic, I am very responsible, & I absolutely LOVE what I do. -I do have central Air Conditioning, -I update & send photos of your dog daily to put a smile on your face! -My home is clean! -I have always had an ability to connect with animals. I give them the compassion and love that they give us. Earliest Drop Off: 6:30 AM. Latest Pick up: 9:00 PM (no later) ***Notes: -Dog boarding is for a 24 hour cycle. One hour window for pick up, any time after that will be added daycare charges. -Daycare is for 8 hours. Over 8 will be $5.00/hour additionally & pick up has to be before 9PM, otherwise there will be an overnight charge. -I do charge extra $10 one-time fee if you'd like your dog to be the only other dog under my care. I understand the importance of this for some and will absolutely respect it. Otherwise, I only take two additional dogs at a time. I am an advocate of 'quality attention and care' over 'quantity'. I had a terrible experience with a sitter who took in multiple dogs and the quality of his care truly lacked. I know how crucial it is for us mamabears to know our pups are left in the utmost loving care.
