Pet care experience
My husband Steve and I have grown up with dogs our whole lives and are very comfortable around them. Your dog will be accepted right into the home and will feel like he or she are on their own luxury vacation. The water will never run low and all of their diet needs will be met. I live on Log Hill and Ridgway and have access to a number of trails right out my front door for long walks. There will be no shortage of cuddles and attention. We are also able to do home visits if that is what is preferred. We are very flexible with schedule as Steve works from home, so we will be able to work around your schedule. Your dog is guaranteed to be in great hands so that you can relax and enjoy your time away. Stephanie was out of town, and her husband Steve watched after our 10 yr old chihuahua/French bulldog mix. We've only kenneled her twice before, as she normally goes everywhere with us, and even though the kennels were very good she hated it. This was my first experience using Rover, and Stephanie and Steve's home was so inviting. The back door has a mesh flapped door for the dogs to go in & out of whenever they please (with the weather being decent). Steve said she mostly stayed curled up in blankets on the couch the whole time, but that's what she loves to do:) I was really happy to find a home that could offer great one-on-one with our dog and not be confined to a cage and tons of other barking dogs the whole time. Thank you Steve and Stephanie!
Stephanie took great care of our pets when we were out of town. We enjoyed the pics and visit summaries. We highly recommend her!
Stephanie was awesome! She took great care of our dog while we were in from out of town. Our dog got a couple of walks and was lounging on the couch when we came to pick her up. We highly recommend Stephanie.

A typical day
We will go on daily walks around my neighborhood. I live in an area where there is also an extensive trail system so we will be able to go out on the trails as well. I have a fenced in area of my yard for quick trips out side I also have a larger yard where we can throw the ball around and have a great game of fetch.
