DO NOT HIRE!!!!! She ABANDONED our Dogs and left exposed to high heat temperatures. Would have given 0 stars if it allowed me to. This was the second time i hired Stephanie to housesit our 3 dogs - where she would come to our house periodically throughout the day to feed and monitor them. (Wish i could delete my previous review from when she first housesat our dogs.) We requested that she not leave them alone for more than two hours on her breaks away. Apparently she forgot we had security cameras at our front door and inside the home..... She literally only came to feed them in the morning. Left the back door open and completely LEFT. The temperatures ranged from 109-115 those days. She did not return until 7 pm at night to close the back door and lock them up in their crates. THIS IS ABUSE! One of our dogs got sick and was left to sit in her own mess until the morning. We also found a wound on one of our dogs snouts. This all happened to our senior dog who has a severe heart murmur. When we arrived home - house was extremely hot and she was panting, on the verge of a heat stroke. I am working with Rover Support to file a complaint against her, just wanted to warn anyone who was thinking to hire her before that is finalized.
