Pet care experience
I’ve had four legged best friends most of my life and I feel strongly about giving them everything in life they deserve. Dogs teach us so much about ourselves and it would be a thrill to care and learn from yours. I’m passionate about all things nature, plants, animals, children. I have two children, ages 5 and 2.5. Because of this if your fur baby does not get along or cannot be trusted with children, my home will not likely be a good fit for everyone’s safety and comfort. I hope you understand this is for everyone’s benefit. My eldest daughter has been surrounded by dogs, and farm animals since birth and my younger daughter is following in her footsteps. They absolutely adore them; they are caring, loving and respectful of their space and I truly believe many of their personality traits have developed as such because they’ve always had a dog brother to care for. Simba, our dog, was present for the birth of our daughters, he is a 7year old English Lab. He is calm (when indoors) and easily gets along with every animal and human he meets (dogs, cats, chickens, goats, pigs...) I look forward to caring for and getting to love on your best friend!

This was our first time boarding our pup (5mo) and Stephanie and her family were just amazing. He was in the absolute best hands!
Stephanie and her beautiful family took such amazing care of our pups last minute when we realized the Airbnb we’d booked wasn’t pet-friendly after all. She helped put the pups (& us humans) at ease when everyone was a bit frazzled after the last minute planning & being couped up in the car for 5-hours. Stephanie, her sweet daughters, and 2 pups were all so wonderful and gracious hosts! I’d recommend a stay with them to anyone! However if your pup is an escape artist, do consider that the house is up against a busy road and not fenced (although of course Stephanie is always keeping a watchful eye).
We boarded our dog for our recent vacation with Stephanie and her family and couldn't have been more happy with her care for Parker. We met her ahead of time to see if our dog was a good fit for her family and her pup and felt very comfortable around her right away. Of course we were apprehensive with leaving Parker for a long period of time with folks we haven't spent much time with, but Stephanie put us at ease. She has two beautiful little girls that took Parker in as one of the family and her 9yr old sweet lab, Simba. We enjoyed getting daily updates and adorable pictures of her daughters loving on and sharing their toys with Parker. She also was very accommodating when our trip was unexpectedly extended. Stephanie will be the first one we look to next time we need good care for Parker...would highly recommend!!

When your best friend stays with my family we will provide a fun, safe, loving and comfortable environment, walks to our neighborhood park, and, if you’re open to field trips, dog friendly trails if staying with us in the weekend. I’ll also make sure to send you pictures along the way
