I love dogs and have been lucky enough to have canine companions most of my life! To tell you a little about myself and my home; I am a long time resident and home owner in Webster Groves and recently moved to a bigger home (and bigger yard) in Fenton. I have made my home fun and comfortable for pooches as well as a safe and clean environment. I have plenty of doggie toys, beds, and bowls. Pooches have frequent access to the fenced backyard by the patio door. I also have several crates of various sizes if your pooch would like to rest away from everything. I have 3 dogs who split time between my home and my ex-husbands and also a new puppy who is with me full time. It is very important your dog enjoys being with other dogs and does not display aggressive behaviors. The safety of my animals and yours is my #1 concern! If your dog has had trouble in group dog situations in the past, let’s discuss what they were to understand if we make sense. I’m happy to attend to most special needs, meds, and work with you on specific diet and care requests as long as this is maintenance of a normally healthy dog. I understand how important my babies are to me and will treat your beloved pooch the same way! To ensure the health and happiness of all dogs in my care I require all dogs to be up to date on vaccinations, flea meds, and heart worm prevention and the kennel cough vaccine. This protects everyone’s health and my home. I appreciate clear communication and honesty about what to expect when watching your dog and being provided with good instructions so I can meet and hopefully exceed your expectations. I have put time and effort into my profile and I appreciate you doing the same and completing your profile to help me learn about you and your dog. I want your dog to enjoy being on vacation when you are away and the more information you provide me about you and your dog will ensure they have a great stay! Drop offs / pick ups: I expect for you to arrive at the time we have arranged when dropping off and picking up your pooch. If you are late, early, or need a different time, please communicate as soon as you know. Special Note regarding Covid... I am happy to watch your dog in my home and I am happy to meet you outside to get your dog and we can maintain a safe 6 feet social distance while exchanging your pooch. I am also COVID vaccinated since 3/2021. I have been working remotely or hybrid in the office, so your pooches have lots of opportunities to go out, play, and snuggle with me. I also have crates, toys, bowls, and beds; all cleaned after use to allow you to pack less for your pup's stay. I have been working from home most days which allows for a bit more flexibility during drop offs and pick ups and more frequent opportunities to go out throuoghout the day. Pets are loved while in my care, fed twice daily, allowed to play with other puppies staying or my very own pooches. Safety and well being is my # 1 concern for all in my care and I go to great lengths to ensure.
