Stephanie was our first (& only) sitter (thus far) that we've ever worked with on Rover and she is awesome! My wife and I were extremely apprehensive about using a sitter, but knew kennel boarding wasn't a good fit for our puppy Keanu. She was willing to meet with us and Keanu weeks ahead of our proposed boarding time. When we met, Keanu took to her with no problem and instantly gravitated towards her husband, who's also awesome. This doesn't always happen with new individuals, so it was really refreshing to see him do so. Both of them are extremely nice and sincere. The other test was to see how Keanu would interact with her dogs because he's normally anxious and cautious around other dogs. He had no issues and didn't shy away at all, which pleasantly surprised us. Stephanie asked my wife and I plenty of questions about Keanu, his habits, daily routine and our requests because she wanted to make sure it was a great fit for all and to better understand, as well as, get to know Keanu. This was really refreshing to meet a potential sitter who was so interested in Keanu and his well-being. We chose Stephanie for these reasons, as well as, that her occupation allows her to work from home, allowing her to constantly monitor her dogs and Keanu, she lived only minutes away from our home and she only boards one dog guest at a time. While we were on our trip Stephanie provided us with constant updates, pictures and asked questions if need be. She always worked with us and kept us in the know if unexpected things came up. We had used a kennel boarding in the past and Keanu came back anxious and looked disheveled. With Stephanie it was a complete 180 as he was relaxed, comfortable and happy. I totally recommend Stephanie as a sitter for your furry family member!

Stephanie was super sweet and good with watching our elderly dog Lucy for a few days. Would absolutely recommend her.
