It’s important that your dog is okay with cats. I do have two cats and also foster for a local rescue. They’ll come across cats throughout the day. If you don’t know, we can give things a trial run to see how it goes. Dogs can be very trainable when it comes to cats! Please tell me if your dog is food or toy aggressive, what you feel their needs are throughout the day, what you’re working on at home and how you do it (I want to continue that work here). I’m open to all needs, and I will let you know if it’s something I cannot accomodate.

We keep things loose around here. Dogs are fed in the morning. Water is accessible all day. Dogs can choose to be inside or outside depending on weather and energy needs. We have a variety of bones and toys to choose from (no rawhide or plastic toys). If energy is high and it’s needed, we can do a walk around noon and/or 3:30. I do ask the dogs to spend some quiet time during the day so as not to overexert themselves. This is usually just hanging out in the living room and getting snuggles. When your fur baby is here, they are family and will be integrated into all we do.
