Pet care experience
I love caring for pets! I want to ensure they are happy as can be while they are in my care. I have raised two Golden Retrievers and three cats. I have a great deal of experience caring for puppies and older dogs as well as cats. I have developed some tricks to get picky pets to eat and take their medications. In addition, I participated in home and obedience training with my dogs.

Stephanie did a great job taking care of our two big dogs while we were out of town. She sent pictures daily and was easy to communicate with. Her house was a great place for our dogs to stay with a large fenced back yard. Highly recommend Stephanie if you need a dog sitter!

Stephanie is amazing! She was attentive, kept me filled in when one pup had gi issues, offered to go to the store and pick up something for it! I have a large fenced in yard. The pets that I care for are allowed on the couch and beds. I don’t crate them unless their owner requests that they be in a crate. I have extra dog beds throughout my house. In addition, I have baby gates to separate the kitchen and living room for pets to eat their meals or if they need a quiet space to relax.

I have cared for special needs and I have experience giving dogs medications. Also, I watch puppies but they must be 6 months old. They do not need to be spayed or neutered.
A typical day
My dogs have always loved to play fetch and tug with a rope. I would make sure the pets in my care have plenty of outside time including water play in my kiddie pool. For walks, I have a nice neighborhood with a sidewalk.

Availability
I currently work part-time. I’m usually gone for a few hours in the morning and from 3:00-5:30 in the afternoon. This allows me plenty of time to walk and care for pets during the day/night.
