I would not leave my dog with Stephanie again. While my dog seemed okay when I picked her up, she seemed somewhat confused. I felt it was rather chaotic there. Charlie's bag was handed to me while I was putting Charlie's leash on her. Stephanie's husband went out to the garage to get Charlie's bed, which seemed odd, and he balled it up and put it in the back of the car. It's a large bed. I asked him to fold it in half and make it flat so I had room to get Charlie in the back next to it. She's an old dog and I have to use a ramp to get her in the car. I did not notice until I got her home that her bed had two large holes chewed in it and one of her dog bowls was not hers and it was smaller. They fit into a stand at home. I asked about it and was told she wasn't using her bed so they put it in the garage. They also didn't know anything about the holes and that I had said I had the correct bowls. I only said I saw the bowls in the bag. This is only the second time I have used Rover. Mya was very good with Charlie but she was not available. I am hesitant to try anyone else at this point. Sitters need to take responsibility not only for the dogs they care for but their things. If something happens, they should be honest enough to say something. Now I have to buy new bowls and a new bed, hardly worth her stay there.

From the moment we met Stephanie and her husband, we knew that this is where we were going to have our pup stay. They’re some of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met in my life. Not only is their dog Daryl a big sweetheart, but their son is just as great. Stephanie provided pictures every single night of Frankie playing, sleeping, or just laying down all cute. When we came to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave. For future travels, we will be using Stephanie again. This was the first time we left our pup with somebody since we adopted him, so to have a great piece of mind while you’re away is amazing.
