Stephanie is amazing. My dog was so loved and well taken care of. Stephanie communicated with me the entire trip and sent lots of pictures. I will absolutely use Stephanie again!

Warning to other pet parents, my dog came home from two nights with Stephanie with a big wound that resulted in an emergency vet visit and seven staples. The vet thought it was due to a dog biting/tearing her skin. Stephanie said she didn’t know what happened and we were not immediately notified of the severe wound that required immediate attention, our sweet pup was in pain and at risk of infection for who knows how long. The negligence was unbelievable, how could such a big injury not have been noticed, heard, or reported when it happened? It resulted in weeks of pain, cone wearing, multiple vet visits, constant supervision, no walks, meds, antibiotics, vomiting, carpet cleaning, and diarrhea for my dog.
