I have been a nanny most of my life but just recently switched career paths and landed a job in the cooperates world. It makes my schedule a lot more flexible as I work from home Now, which allows me to pet sit more! I started pet sitting for the families that I nannied for and really enjoyed getting paid to hangout with animals. I do have my own dog, a mini golden doodle, but he stays with my husband when I stay over at someone’s house. Please reach out if you need someone to let your dog out for a midday walk/potty break or if you are going out of town and need a weekend sitter! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Stephanie was incredible. She stayed over night and watched our German Shepherd for a weekend. She spoiled her while we were gone. Excellent communication throughout, lots of frisbee play and multiple walks each day. I cannot give her a high enough rating and we definitely will use her anytime we travel.
Stephanie was quick to respond to my request which was amazing as I needed same day service. She asked questions that I had not considered and so I could tell that she wanted to care for my dog as she cares for her own. Thanks so much for taking care of Tucker and helping in my time of need!

I really enjoy taking walks, so if you have a more energetic dog I will take many walks a day to get some of that out. If you have an older, more laid back dog, I’m okay with just hanging out around the house snuggling on the couch/floor with him/her. I do have my own 2yo mini doodle that LOVES other dogs, so If your dog is comfortable being around other dogs I can bring him over to play. If your dog is coming to my place we have lots of toys, treats, and snuggles that will take place daily.

Please let me know ahead of time if there are any special treats or medicine your dog should need to take while I’m there. Also, If there is a certain route your dog enjoys for walk visits. It’s nice to know if they have any quarks like pulling to go a certain way, don’t like other dogs, or just likes to sit outside in the sun (like mine does).
A typical day
We will do whatever they enjoy most. If that’s play fetch or tug of war, I have plenty of toys and balls to do that for hours. If he/she loves walks I have lots of different sidewalk routes we can explore. I am also a fan of quick potty breaks and snuggling in the couch if that is what they prefer. I just try and make the dog as happy and comfortable as possible.

I work a “normal” 40 hour work week, But I work from home which makes it very easy for me to get out for a midday walk or potty break if needed.
