I have 8 years of experience caring for my own dog, and 5 years experience dog-sitting for friends dogs ranging in size from 45 - 100 lbs. I tailor activities to the needs of the dog, from playing retrieve with a ball or stick, to tugging with ropes or other toys, a walk around the neighborhood to a hike in the woods. I'm all for snuggling on the couch with a pup and am fine with them sharing the bed with me. I've had my rescue pup, Rotui, for 8+ years now. She's been on daily medications since we discovered her auto-immune disorder when she was around one. She's moved across country with me multiple times, gone hiking, camping, back-packing, swimming in the ocean and lakes with me.
