Pet care experience
Ever since my family first adopted a dog, I have been a dog lover. Dogs are amazing companions and friends, and they bring such unconditional love into your life. Although I do not currently own a dog of my own, I have lots of doggie experience. I've had two adopted family dogs, both medium sized terrier mixes with lots of personality, that we raised from puppies. I also dog-sat last year while studying abroad, and now that I'm settled in Chapel Hill for graduate school at UNC-CH, I'm excited to dog-sit again. I'm a firm believer of positive reinforcement training, and I love to shower dogs with affection and activity. I live in an area with lots of trails and parks, so all my doggie visitors will have plenty of chances to explore. Since I'm a TA at UNC-CH with flexible hours, I am home periodically throughout the day and able to meet any dog's needs. Night-time is coursework and Netflix time, which is perfect for snuggling!

Good stay! Rainy but walked the dog a good amount despite this. Very flexible and kind!
Steph always does an awesome job with Benji! We always feel super comfortable leaving him with her when we travel!
