Stephanie came to the rescue by caring for my two cats for almost two weeks, which was my longest absence since well before the pandemic. Since I have the neediest cats - with one requiring medication administered twice daily with meals - Stephanie came to take care of the cats twice a day for the entire duration of my trip. Stephanie’s evening visits were for a full hour and, my goodness, the cats made the absolute most of the extra Stephanie-time with ample active play, grooming sessions, and (most importantly) cuddle time. When I returned home from my trip, I could tell the cats benefited from Stephanie’s careful attention and extra love! Stephanie provides above and beyond excellent cat care, including: administering treats/food/medication as instructed; maintaining a clean and topped off litter box; refreshing water bowls with clean water; providing active and engaging play time customized for each cats needs (one of my cats gets the zoomies after eating and requires Olympian level gymnastic exercises, which Stephanie so graciously obliges her with); grooming of and regular inspection of the cats to monitor for any suspicious physical changes; and ample pets for my very needy and affectionate cats. On top of all this (and more), Stephanie delivers the most engaging and in-depth updates in the app and via text. Her communication skills are absolutely top notch. Her update notes are a delight to read and I genuinely look forward to receiving the rover card with her witty observations and lovely photos of my cats (usually up to their weird antics). Through these updates, I’ve learned Stephanie is a certified cat whisperer - her keen insights of these cats gleaned from 30 min to an hour sessions over a few days are insights I gained after months and years living with these cats. Wait, there’s more! Stephanie thoughtfully volunteered to tidy up the house - doing dishes, sweeping the floors, and even laundry from cat “accidents” - before our return anticipating that we’d be exhausted from our international flight home. Stephanie is AMAZING and I highly recommend her to all my friends and family and you!
