You deserve to have peace of mind while traveling, knowing your pets and home are being well cared for. I tailor each visit to support your cat’s care routine and enrichment needs. Whether it’s exercising their playful instincts, providing comfort through their preferred petting style, making the treats rain, or giving space to warm up to a new human, I am there to support your cat every step of the way. You can rest assured your cat will enjoy their check-in visit staycation and receive the quality time they crave while you’re away. Starting my pet sitting career right here on Rover 6 years ago, I have had the pleasure of working with my neighborhood’s charming cats and their awesome parents. Providing professional cat care check-in services was such a rewarding experience, I decided to follow my passion and am a full time self-employed cat sitter. If this is your first time on Rover, not to worry I am here to walk you through the process! Step One: send me a message on Rover with the dates of service you will need. I always respond back and there we will get the process started. Step Two: prior to the start of your first service, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-home “meet and greet” to introduce ourselves and get to know your cat and their routine. We will cover their food, water and litter routine as well as their favorite toys and ways to interact etc. We will also review home entry and exit instructions. Step Three: You enjoy your travels and stay up to date on your cat and how they are doing with a Rover Card update sent via the app at the end of each visit. Step Four: you return to your home as you’ve left it and reunite with your cat! Looking forward to working with you and your cat 🐱 More about me below: Currently, I have three cats! King Tut, a 10-year-old grey tabby, Nubbi, a 7-year-old manx kitty and our foster fail Dottie who is a spotted white and gray teenager. During quarantine, I took a deep dive learning about feline enrichment. My neighbor (a vet tech manager who has 7 cats) and I transformed our enclosed outdoor space into a safe cat garden to provide feline enrichment for our collective 10 cats! They love to explore under our supervision. I uphold a standard of professionalism and provide compassionate care to all animals I have the honor of working with. I understand each animal is unique and has varying needs. Stephanie was so great! She was very professional and thorough, communicative, sent tons of photos and videos, and made our extremely shy cat comfortable enough to accept treats, brushing, and pets very quickly (the fastest I've ever seen Luna warm up to strangers!).
Stephanie was great! She took notes during the meet and greet, providing great reports and pictures each day. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat in her care and would definitely use her again the future!
Stephanie is a cat whisperer! I have 2 cats adopted feral and while they are now socialized (kind of), they are super skiddish and afraid of everyone and everything. This was my second booking with Stephanie, and they remembered her from the last visit! She is so goodwith them, she was already playing with them on the first day! This was my longest trip away (6 days) since I adopted them and having Stephanie to care for them was priceless. I knew I could trust Stephanie with my cats, and so I could actually relax and fun on my vacation. Thank you so much!!
Stephanie did such a great job taking care of my two cats Oberon and Horatio. Right from our meet and greet I could tell that she was a consummate professional by the way she took notes about my pets and asked follow-up questions. When I had to alter the feeding routine for one of my cats to account for pain management medicine he got prescribed, Stephanie listened to the new instructions I gave and followed them to a T. Perhaps most importantly, she very clearly cares about the animals she watches, and I truly enjoyed the photo and video updates she left with each visit. I can't recommend Stephanie's services highly enough.

How do you care for pets in your clients home? I provide custom care tailored to the unique needs and preferences of your pet. I always follow their cues whether they need extra affection, playtime, or space to warm up to a new human. While caring for your pet, I am also mindful and respectful of your home. I take extra steps to dispose of litter outside, rinse wet food cans before disposal, etc. This way when you return from your travels you are welcomed back to your home exactly as you left it!

CHECK- INS: Details of their typical routine will be covered in the meet and greet. I’ll likely ask some of the following questions: What is their feeding schedule/what measurement of food are they fed? Do they have any allergies or treat restrictions? Where is their litter box located? What is their favorite toy? Is there anything they are scared of? What is their petting preference and style? For new clients this will all be covered in the meet and greet (either in person or virtual depending on your preference) before booking. We will also go over entry and departure logistics during this time. All additional information you'd like to share about your pet is always welcome and helpful!

Visits also include feeding, refreshing water, litter maintenance, and feline enrichment activities such as active playtime, giving treats, and extra affection matching your cat's preferred petting style.
