Pet care experience
I am a nurturer by nature, I enjoy caring for animals and spending my time around them. I love to create enrichment activities for dogs, go on hikes, play fetch, and give the best scratches so that each animal is able to live their best life. I have always been known as the crazy cat lady because I just can’t get enough of cats. Their purring brings me so much joy and I love watching them play or curl up in the sunny spot of the home. I truly enjoy puppy training and shaping desired behaviors. I use positive reinforcement and fresh treats alongside praise. I am more than happy to work with your puppy and you during drop-ins or dog walks!

Stephanie was an excellent sitter for our 2 cats and went above and beyond to take care of them and all their needs.
Stephanie took our Labrador for two walks a day for 4 days in our neighborhood, but really she did so much more. She gave us confidence before we left that she’d take good care of our old boy. Each day Stephanie used the Rover app to give us all the detail on their activities, including a brief and sweet narrative about the walk, maybe a comment about the weather, and a couple of photos of their adventures. I could tell from her messages that she truly cares about your pet when she’s with them. I look forward to asking Stephanie to care for our doggo again and highly recommend you consider her, as well.
Stephanie is not only an amazing, loving dog, cat and horse owner (and parent), she is also known as our neighborhood pet rescue lady. Found a homeless pet? Message Stephanie! Her giant heart gets to work to rehabilitate and find a home for that animal if it’s determined to not already have one. She’s a fun-loving person with a heart of gold and she would do anything for an animal or person in need! I would trust her with my three dogs without once ounce of concern! My only worry is that my dogs wouldn’t want to come back home or have her leave. 😆🥰

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs both physically and mentally, from homemade puzzles to creating frozen treats. We will play games of fetch, and chase me and then explore the new smells of my neighborhood. There are multiple trails nearby to hit up or we can explore my neighborhood creek.
